Allow to manually change the order of platforms/categories/playlists wheel/list order in Launchbox and in Bigbox

For example, in BB, in Consoles platform wheel, if we land on SMS, allow to browse the wheel from SMS, then down to MD, down to Mega CD, etc. This would place all sega consoles together from the order consoles to the newer consoles.
Right now the platform wheel in BB and the platform list in LB look really messy, and without logical order. Give the user the ability to manually set the platform/categories/playlists order how he wishes.

I see. Please add 2 buttons in the edit platform window for platform list ordering, “move selected up”, “move selected down” instead of internal sort title for each platform settings.
Sort title feature is really unintuitive when we want to change the platform list order. Say, you want to make the list by order of platform release date and you added a new platform, now we woudl have to change all the platforms sort title fields. Very time consuming and not user friendly.

Moreover, sort title editing in LB does not affect BB platform categories wheel, the order of the platforms stayed the same… Is it a bug? I use numbers to sort: 0, 1, 2, 3, etc.

Another bug, when deleting a complete romset and import it back, LB “forgets” the sort title number and place the platform in abc order.

Hi Amir,
By default, Big Box will order your platform list in alpha-numeric order. You can change the order to anything you wish by using the “Sort Title” field when you edit a platform in LaunchBox.
