Bug in last few versions - "Scrape As..." box

Hi all - for the last few versions, when importing roms into a renamed/custom platform, the “scrape as” box is empty, and I’ve to manually scroll to find the system the roms have to be scraped under. I have checked in “Manage Platforms”, and can confirm that any renamed/custom platforms ARE indeed linked to the system they should be scraped as, however the importer is NOT pulling that info.

For example, I’ve created a Sega Mega Drive platform, instead of the default Sega Genesis one (EU user). In “Manage Platforms”, I can see my Sega Mega Drive platform, and within its properties, it is named as Sega Mega Drive, and “Scrape As” is set to Sega Genesis. However, when importing a rom for this system, the importer window showing “Scrape As” will be completely blank, meaning I’ve to scroll through the list to find the correct system. It used to work correctly some time ago, but the last few updates have exhibited this behaviour.

Thanks for the report, I have looked into this and can confirm what you are seeing. I have code in place to correct this and it should be in the next release.

This seems broken again, it had been fixed previously. It’s happening me with Sega Mega Drive (scrape as Sega Genesis)….LB is calling up Sega Genesis instead of what my platform is actually called…
