Can you provide any details as to why exactly this ticket was opened? Not sure if you have an error, slow download issue, or what exactly is or is not happening.

Yes sorry. When trying to download platform videos. It fails right away. I have to uncheck all . Then check Manually like 15 at a time. Then it works that way. But not all at once.

Thanks. Apologies for more questions but just need to be sure what you are talking about. By platform videos do you mean the main theme video that plays for a specific platform or the individual game videos for each game in a platform. Need to confirm as those come from 2 different places.

I am not seeing any download issues myself, but then again I only tested a handful of videos. You mentioned you can do 15 at a time. Is this the area you are trying to download platform video from? How many at once did you try to download and got failure?

Try like 30 it failed. When I tried 15 or less it was good
