Add "Download Platform Data and Media" for platforms

Add "Download Platform Data and Media" for platforms.

1. In the import process.
2. In the “Edit Platform” in case the user decided not to use the feature in the import process or forget.

This feature should behave similar to how “Download Media” for games does. LB already downloads data and media feature for several Platforms but this feature is currently half baked because:

1. LB forces the user to choose “scrape as” for this feature to work.
2. It will download platform data and media only in the import process.
3. There is no data or media for many platforms.

Please don’t leave this feature half baked.

Opposing argument could be:

“The user can add platform data and media by himself if he wishes. ““Scrape as”” feature is just a little gesture towards the user” -Yes, this is true, but this can be said also for “Download Media” for games, and for anything basically, yet “Download Media” for games is a full feature, not half baked.
