Turbo Duo Platform not founded when scrapping emumovies

Issue #632 resolved
Psico Lock created an issue

When you select this name of platform the scrapper must seek on NEC PC Engine Cd Or Turborgrafx Cd. At this time the only way is add games like Turbografx 16.

    Thanks Oscar, I've fixed the platforms for the next beta to be "TurboGrafx-16" and "TurboGrafx-CD". This should fix it for EmuMovies as well.
