Add "Remember Last Playlist for Each Platform" feature to Big Box general menu

A lot of my platforms have childrens of “Original Games” Playlist and “Translated Games” Playlist. When i go back to each platform i want the pointer to always land on “Original Games” Playlist. Allow the user to decide if he wants BB to remember or not the last playlist he was on for each platform.
