Error After Resettings My Epic Games Password and Trying to Connect

Reinstalled Windows and Launchbox, started fresh, and when I tried logging into Epic Games, I forgot my password. I reset password, tried to log in, then got an error. Launchbox crashed. I re-opened launchbox and metadata was being downloaded for a game on Origin which I got for free on Epic. I then logged into Epic Games launcher, then tried to import Epic Games into Launbox, and I got an error again.
