Crash when trying to download Metadata for Mass Effect Legendary edition

The game won’t import with the wizard. I had to manually add it to Launchbox. When trying to download media and metadata, i get this error.

Hi Marvin, what error are you getting? Unfortunately I don’t see any error listed here.
