Can't import Steam games
Hello, For months now I have not been able to import my steam games. I have before with the same URL and API Key but now it just does not work. I figured it would be fixed in a later update but still does not work.

If you are getting an error related to importing games with required age of 17+ (seen mostly with Mass Effect Legendary Edition) then we have a fix coming in the next beta release.

reporter I apologize, I did not see this email until today. It went to my spam folder. I have attached a screen shot. I am using the import method, using the Steam option. My API is correct because I have done it in the past. When I got the error message the first time I change my API thinking it had been shut off my Steam. But the new API does not work either. Thanks for any help you can provide.

The 3 most common reasons for this issue are:
Your id is typed incorrectly
You API key is incorrect or revoked
Your profile security is not set to public in the correct spots for the importer to workIf you open the Steam application and at the top press your account name, then in the drop down press “Profile” you should land on your profile page, then on the right hand side press the button labeled “Edit my profile”. On the first page that shows you should see your profile name there, use that on the profile page. Then go to Privacy Settings (link is on left) and verify that “Game Details” is set to public. My profile may need set to public as well.

reporter Hi Christian,
I figured out what was causing it. my login, API, and my profile was set to public. But in the public setting there is a checkbox to keep game time private. That needed to be unchecked for it to connect correctly. Thanks for your help.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Are you able to provide a few screenshots of the errors you are getting, and possibly which games you are trying to import.
