Add a persistent "Now Playing" popup or panel for music/videos

With the hope of making a better jukebox out of Big Box, I am requesting the ability to keep the music information popup on screen, as a “Now Playing” kind of way. The best solution would be to keep that information in a persistent panel or even in a new option for themes.

The ID3 tag information is already processed and showing in Big Box so my best guess would be to display that information differently in a prominent kind of way. A window displaying the Artist, Song Name, Year and Album cover is all it takes.

If it could also apply to videos that would make Big Box even more powerful for those looking for a full home jukebox/arcade. I think it would make the package more attractive and bring new costumers.
