Request: Option to disable retroarch netplay menu items for specific playlists

Not all retroarch cores support netplay and the current builds of Launchbox/BigBox automatically add those menu items when the emulator name is retroarch.exe. My current work around is to make a copy of retroarch with a different name, but that’s a rather clumsy solution.
