Rating System

I thought it might be nice to include the rating systems of other countries to Launchbox. Including that of early Sega games that had there own system.

Just think it would look better than just ‘Not Rated’. Also, it would feel more comprehensive and complete.

Maybe even a link to the rating system website or some pop-up text explaining what the rating means.
