IGDB metadata integration

It would be great if we can have another metadata provider to fill in the gaps with Launchbox's database. As it stands some modern indie and AAA titles lack metdata or proper game media.

Adding IGDB's database as a metadata provider in Launchbox would allow those games to be properly identified and would allow launchbox to have uniform front covers for modern windows games. It would also allow newly released games that havent yet been added to Launchbox's database to be identified.

This could be implemented similarly to Emumovies. Their could be a new tab or a dropdown menu where we could select the desired metadata provdier for a selected game or selected games.

This would allow many people to use Lauchbox for their steam and other launchers games library without worrying about the games frontcover uniformity and the completeness of the lauchbox database.

Think of it as an enhancement to the metadata finder.

I would also like to see this. Launchbox DB is amazing for older games but is still quite lacking when it comes to modern PC gaming landscape

I’d also like to see mobygames as well - even igdb has gaps
