bigbox locks up when using the wheel

Issue happens, wen your sifting threw the game and going threw consoles wheels, 30 min of going threw the wheel look for something then it locks upfreezs screen, you can hear, it clicking threw the wheel but it wont move.

have to do a hard reset, or tab the windows key the reboot.
