display games by filename or part of a filename

Basically I want to only display all games whose filenames have a (J), a (U) or (EU) in it so I can assign the correct region and set the custom tag "language".

Of course, since I'm a lazy bastard, I would very much prefer it if the application would assign region and language by itself when importing ROMs ;)
