No if I go to settings from the normal LB it gives me the error message says it will close or something. Then it oddly after that it says I changed the language and needs to restart.

And launching big box directly also crashes. But that's a constant load

Can you do me a favor and re-install DirectX with this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 ? This should fix both problems, and if it doesn't please let us know. If it does, I'll close the tickets.
