Better video playback options for Bigbox

Can we have some better flexibility with the video playback in Big Box mode? I'd like my videos to play muted unless I moved the controller to select the video, for instance. I prefer to hear the game music than the video audio unless I specifically select the video.

Ideally we'd have the full flexibility to choose

1) Video does not play at all unless selected, music plays if available and enabled 2) Video plays muted unless selected, music plays instead if enabled 3) video plays with audio automatically, game music muted

Apply the muting audio option to LaunchBox as well.
