Local indications are not being translated.

The translation file has local translations, but they are not reflected in Launchbox.

Local names such as Japan, North America, and Europe are not translated and displayed.

It should be displayed in Korean, such as "일본, 북미, 유럽".

    Those are direct reflections of what you have in Add/Edit Game screen. If you go to edit game, that is what is in the region field. Our database is an English only database and so all those values will be scraped in English. If you want them in Korean you will have to use the Bulk edit wizard to change them to your language of choice.
