Add Ability to switch between regions in LB and BB to see different artwork

I currently have all my roms separated between USA, Europe, and Asia in order to seperate all the art. Be cool to see there be a button or key to press to switch which regions your looking at or to even better to be able to setup your own to switch between thus allowing us to utilize all the art we've downloaded over the years. Plus it's a lot easier than setting up seperate platforms to accomplish the same thing.
