Revert the scrollbar on multi-selectors.

When I try to scroll through a huge list, I have to hover over that the scrollbar area, wait for it to be enlarged through short animation then click on it.

The biggest problem is that when it's enlarged, the position and its height does not match with the smaller scrollbar (before hover), and it it just leads to misclicks.

Having a permanent scrollbar that doesn’t shrink was perfectly fine. I think this new scrollbar just adds nuisance with no advantages.
