Add additional video controls for the VLC video playback engine in LaunchBox

I cannot see any video controls in version 5.9, Not sure if it was supposed to be fixed by now?

Just left click the video, there is no right click menu. Just play and pause with the left mouse button.

The problem is there is no move forward, backward.
The other problem is when I pause, it starts the video from the beginning.
It's not good.

Ah yes, Jason does have plans to expand that in the future, what it's at right now is temporary basic. I'll go ahead and leave this open as a reminder for him.

Hi Darek, if you want the controls back now, just switch the video playback engine in LaunchBox back to Windows Media Player in options. Both engines are available.

Make sure there is a full suite, volume, repeat, play, pause, maybe a seek bar? Repeat and Volume were specifically requested.

And maybe a full screen mode would be nice. Just a basic standard control of any player :) THough, I think a seek bar is a must.

sorry for exhuming this old request, I think the the game snap video control (e.g. navigation bar) is really necassary, as many of snap video that grabbed by youtube are containing sooo much intro or unecessary black screen at the beginning of the video, and I need to watch more than 1-2 mins for the actual gameplay snap in those video, so I was wondering if there were some video control in launhbox and bigbox mode. Thanks!!!
