Configure RetroArch inputs in LaunchBox app

Hi,

We have to define controls in launchbox and in many emulators. Configuring controls in retro arch is not very user friendly. Maybe you can it so that we configure controls in launchbox (for the menu and for the in game controls) and that launchbox makes the adjustment to the retroarch config file.
