Unknown error, may be emu movie related

Noticed this after playing 1941 Counter Attack in MAME. Unsure if it was related. I was playing it while Launch Box was downloading from emu movies. Noticed a hitch in the game as well while playing. So cant be sure when the error occurred. This is the output:
