The most common reason we see for this is when a user has Nahimic installed on their computer. It’s bloatware that causes visual issues with WPF applications.

Are you able to confirm whether you see it listed in your Task Manager. If you do, you can remove the application and disable its service to fix visual issues like this for all WPF applications, including Big Box.

Yes I do see it in my task manager. How do I get rid of it?

I was able to disable it. And now it's working perfectly. Tha k you so much. How can I delete that from my computer?

I’m not sure it’s completely possible to remove it from your system, just make sure you go your Services window and set it to Disabled, if you haven’t already.
