What theme are you switching from and then to? Looks like possibly an issue with Grilla’s plug-in.

Switching from Default to Colorful (Dark). This is after downloading a handful of themes on a fresh install.

There is a known issues with Grila’s controller plug-in and the newer version of LB/BB. unfortunately. Faeran from our team has been working on redoing Colorful with the Community Theme Creator.
