I tried using the recently released ‘update retroarch’ feature and noticed that it pulled down all of the cores, not the select few I had previously installed. I’d prefer to just keep the existing cores and keep my retro-arch install lite. The auto-update feature is great, but adding a parameter to control whether or not to pull all cores or not would be welcome.
While we prefer this flexibility too, this is not currently possible with the way RetroArch hosts their stable release. All cores for their stable release is contained in one archive that is roughly 170MB large.
