Launchbox shows this error then crashes repeatedly

It is file exists. -

Also getting this on import of MAME says file exists and this is a 100% brand new launchbox install this is the first thing I am importing. -

Then when it tries to download media it gets this and crashes and then continues whenever launchbox is opened to try to download then crash. I can get the download to stop and that fixes the crash loop but downloading media is completely broken.

Seems this is typically caused because you temp folder has too many items in it. Could you run Windows Disk Cleanup tool on your C drive and then tell it to delete your temporary files. This should clear out that folder and get rid of the error.

Are you seeing this consistently? Also could you do me a favor and take a screenshot of the top of that window? You scrolled down before taking your snapshot and scrolled the actual error message out of view.
