A ROM folder variable would be an effective solution to allowing native per game config support with emulators such as PCSX2. Playnite has this, which makes it extremely easy to set up PS2 games

    Are you referring to in the emulator command line or AHK scripting? If the former this was introduced already in version 12.7. Place “%romlocation%” (without quotes) in the command line and it will be replaced with the full path of the folder the rom is located in.

    That actually resolves the feature request. I couldn’t find any kind of documentation listing which variables can be used though.

    Feature added in 12.7. Creating a list of available variables would be extremely beneficial.
