Import Wizard shouldn't ask to install RetroArch if default emulator for platform already configured

I’m setting up a LaunchBox installation which does not use RetroArch, and am importing ROMs using the import wizard to a platform which has a default emulator configured. The import wizard always prompts to install RetroArch, even though I already have a default emulator for that platform:

The wizard should only prompt to install RA if the platform doesn’t have a configured / default emulator.
