An option within the configs that could allow us to attach our license file and a config file within the root of an external file that would allow Launchbox to not necessarily look in the installation folder but at an external usb device.
So for a situation like when you are using a unit like valve’s steamdeck (or other handheld)… when you launch LB or BigBox on that hand held, the environment (games and such that are configured along with media) could be dependent on the external drive mounted.
This way we could dedicate smaller hard drives with a specific catalog of games and other external drives configured with other sets.

I’m not sure I understand this request. LaunchBox is a portable application. It could be ran directly off the USB stick.

I did not know that lol!! With the installer and all, I've always thought it was like any other Windows application installation.
