Restore Backup Failure

LB version: 12.7

Windows version: 10 Home

Occurrence: Every time I attempt a backup restore

Reproduce: Attempt to load a backup through the Tools > File Management > Restore Data Backup menu

Error: “An unexpected error occurred while trying to restore the data backup file:

Access to the path 'Commodore 64 - Best (2019_02_16 15_50_59 UTC).png' is denied.”

I have tried to run LB as administrator and I still get the error every time.
