Some Retroarch systems no controller Android

On the Ayn Odin when launching some systems that are using retroarch, for me mainly N64. The controller is lost and won’t work. Lauching from retroarch there is no issues with controllers. On ocation if retroarch was launched first then launchbox this issue did not happen.
