Controller type Main filter

Can you make a main filter for these - pc and keyboard, xbox controller and maybe keypad and mouse as the main filter not custom im taking about the main filter on the left not the thing that sorts em I would like to be able to choose xbox controller at times and be able to have multiplayer,solo,online,offline and maybe favorites, im taking about the main filter on the left not the thing that sorts em and be able to add my own to it like can you add a plus sign to add custom filters on all the main filters as well would make sorting some stuff a lot easier.
