Launchbox crashing on startup after importing Amazon Games

Update: Noticed it was crashing while importing art work for game “The King’s Bird”. I removed the game and no more crashes.

    I had the same (or very similar) issue. My error windows appear the same as OP’s.

    Initially, removing the entry for “The King’s Bird” from "..\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms\Windows.xml" stopped the error and allowed me to run LaunchBox without issue.

    After that, I decided to delete the Windows.xml and "..\LaunchBox\Data\ImageQueue.xml" files to start the import over.

    LaunchBox prompted for import when I ran it, so I tried the Amazon Games import again. This time, I noticed the error pop-up showed on the game Brutal Legend, but if I left the error window alone, the image scan/import would continue. It appeared that an error window would pop up for many, if not all, games it imported as soon as it hit the “Amazon Screenshots” item.

    Thus, I started over again, ran the Amazon import, and excluded only the Amazon Screenshot images. Import appears to have completed without any issue now.

    So, there appears to be an error condition when importing the Amazon Screenshots items.
