Add Windows 10 Apps to LaunchBox / BigBox

Hi guys,

I love LaunchBox/BigBox and use it via cloud sync on all of my computers and for my media center.

This pc is completely operated by a Bluetooth controller and it runs on Windows 10.

Next to the emulation I use SteamLink, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. from the microsoft store (or installed manually) and added the shortcuts as Windows games in LaunchBox.

Would it be possible to add Windows apps / programms to BigBox and show them in the main menu like a game console does?

This would be great!

You could add those items to their own platform called “Apps” (or whatever you want to call it) and do it that way, or were you hoping that the apps were on the same level as the platforms?

Hi Christian,

I was hoping for both to be honest. I find Steam Link is an important "Platform", which should be able to be selected in the main menu, but the other Apps could be found under a category called "streaming"...

Just an idea, but this would make Big Box the ultimate Mediacenter Front End and not only for Emulation and Arcade Machines.
