You deleted the platform without deleting the game and all of the games are in LaunchBox with no associated platform. Delete the games then try importing again.

ummmmno i dont have any games listed or an emulator I dont have turbofrafx 16 "CD" anymore ,,,,i still have turbografx 16 roms..the problem is the CD cue sheets

I know what you're talking about, maybe you didn't understand me. If your games aren't importing and reporting 0 games even if you have hundreds, then the games must still exist within LaunchBox just not associated with any platform. LaunchBox will not add duplicate games (LB checks files paths that already exist) unless you check the 'Force Importing Duplicate" button. Click the all button on the left side of LB at the top, then search for a TurboGrafx CD game. If it's still in LaunchBox then that is why the games are not being imported. You can also manually add a Platform back in with Manage Platform, but during the import process you can also manually specify what ever you want (we just can't guarantee a lot of scraped data).

Based on what you've said at least so far, this is what I think is going on. You imported games fine before but now they're not. It depends on how you deleted the games, if you just deleted the platform but not the games. LaunchBox can import literally any type of file, so them being CUE Sheets is irrelevant besides that the emulator needs them to work.

I figured it out , te problem was with the file name , it seemed to long for LB . Hope it helps

I would say it's less the specific file name but rather the entire path, but Windows restricts that. Because you've changed the rom name LaunchBox no longer thinks there's a duplicate being added. If you have cue sheets make sure you edit them for the new CD name too. Not just edit the name, open them in Notepad++ and edit them internally.

I have a feeling that the problem is not specifically solved though.

no ts the file name ,Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective Volume II [U][CD.SCD][TGXCD1039][Sleuth Publications][1993][PCE][nec archives]<

once i renamed it to Sherlock Holmes Volume II , it and the rest of the games imported from the folder

Yea im wondering if you hit a bug with full file path. Was the file path really long to get to the game?

Either way, I am going to close this ticket now. If you need it re-opened just let me know.
