Android - Import from SD card not working

I exported my library to my SD card as instructed and mounted it in my phone. Then I found out that LaunchBox doesn’t properly request permissions for SD card storage. I am on Android 10. Other apps can access full storage on both the SD card even in the data folders.

Expected behavior:

When I follow the android export wizard and select manual copy and folow the instructions to a T I expect it to work as instructed by copying the launchbox folder directly to my SD card.
