Feature Request: UI: Create toggle option to drop 'text on all games' directly below the box art, instead of overlapping it

Problem: If you enable 'Text on All Games' it can cause difficulty viewing the box art or logos depending on the size of the image.

Solution: Create option to have text show up underneath image.

The “Default” theme moved away from game text below the image. This was a choice made by the developer. At last discussion this text type was not going to be added to the “Default” theme.

If you prefer the text below you will need to use the “Old - Default” theme. However, you do lose out on some of the feature the “Default” theme has. The only other options is to create a custom theme. There are some custom LB themes that have moved the text under the boxes. Example would be LB Galaxy.
