Feature Request: Clear Logos: Clean up clear logos so everything is properly aligned

Problem: The clear logo category view looks rather messy and uneven, because clearlogos use different sizes and margins.

Solution: Automatically align clearlogos so everything is centered and contained within an invisible frame.

Themes should be handling the alignment. Can you provide an image of the issue you are seeing. Looking at this in the Default theme I am seeing all clear logos aligned vertically to the top and things look pretty uniformed given the vast height differences in logos.

What can be an issue is some .png images have been known to have a canvas larger than the actual image contents. As a result .png images will have gaps between the actual image and the canvas border.

I would recommend taking a look at some images that look out of place and compare them to those that look correct. When opening in a photo editing program you will easily see that gap present if it is.
