    Do you have any file sync software running on your LaunchBox directory? Something akin tot DropBox? Typically we see this if a file sync app locks the file while trying to sync it, or the download some how gets corrupted making the file unable to be opened correctly.

    I only have everthing, a desktop search software.

    I have manually installed MAME a few times before without success. In addition, I have manually installed the CPS1 core file (this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkRHVMlNB_o), but it has not been successful. Maybe I need a "clean" environment.

    Or I'll just wait for the next version, maybe it will be simpler.
