Window pops up wanting me to confirm on exit

Hello and good day. I am running Windows 10. I have an i7-4790K Intel processor with an Asus Deluxe MB and 32 GB ram with 2x 980Ti Nvidia Graphics cards all liquid cooled. I have been working on this Launchbox build of mine for about a month now. I have been seeing on Exiting a game in ePSXe for PS1 games that a window pops up that I need to use my mouse to confirm I am exiting ePSXe emulator. This happens in OG Launchbox 5.9 and in Big Box mode. Except in Big Box I have the mouse cursor turned off to use only my Xbox One PC remote. Any help in this issue please and Thank you.

There is an option in the latest ePSXe settings to disable that. This has nothing to do with LB, nor is it a bug. Our forums also have a thread about this as well.
