Can not select "files" to import as rom...

When i’m usiong the importer, i use “Add files”, and try to enter something in the upper right edit field to specify which type of file (ex: *.exe), nothing appends! LB refuses to me to enter text, so i can’t import “by files”

Just tested using >Tools >Import >Rom Files option and then in the wizard selecting Add Files button. It did allow me in the Windows pane to filter by the file type I entered.

If you are following a different process would you provide the exact steps. A screen shot of the window you are having issues in would help.

Also what version LB are you on?

Hi, i use the last version, but i found the issue!

It belongs to Win10/11... again! I hate this buggy os !

It's interesting, the issue is related to a weied bug, knowed by Ms, but not corrected after many os releases as usual. The little search bar showed in the "file open" window, rely on the windows seach service. And it is hard to correct, but i succeed.

As we are in LB when opening the windows, it's hard to guess that it is windows fault.

It can be a good idea to find this issue on the forums! i did not found something about that.
