Does this happen every time for you? If so can you do the following steps for me?
1) Open LaunchBox, go to Tools > Options and turn on debug logging (if not on already)
2) Close LaunchBox and open Big Box
3) When it closes look to see if a log file was generated in \\LaunchBox\Logs, and if there is one upload it to this ticket.
May also be useful to look in Windows “Event Viewer” to see if there is an application error log that could help explain what is going on.
