Feature Request : Revamp file management in a "plex" style way.

By plex style i mean, right click on a Plateform, edit.
And you have the list of folder used by your plateform :

And if you want to do things right, make it so, that you can reorder the list and the upper take priority if the same file is duplicated on multiple register dir.
That way, let say you have your C:\MyLocalDrive\Roms folder, your \\MyNas\Roms folder and your X:\gdrive\Roms folder.
If the file is available in your local drive, it will take it, else it will try to get it from your nas, and if not it will use your gdrive mount.

You can also apply the same thing for image and videos folders.

I think it would be a great feature, one of the selling point of Launchbox, is that’s a portable app. This feature would allow just that. On my main Desktop PC, it will take file from local (except big one i don’t use often than i just store on gdrive), if i move the launchbox folder to my portable pc, it will use NAS, except if i’m outside and it will use my gdrive.
