Importing Arcade Rom set fails

I tried a fresh install of Launchbox, went to install romset 0.243 and it crashed.

Typically we see this error when users have third party software running that locks the file. Do you have a file sync software that may be running on the folder and locking the file? Third party virus scans can do it sometimes as well, do you have any that may be auto-scanning the folder when a new file is downloaded to the directory?

I tried again today, but the only thing i did different, was to Manually setup the Mame Emulator. It crashed when I used the Auto setup feature for integrating entire rom set. Maybe that might help you further hopefully. Thankyou.

Yes I have Norton firewall and virus protection, but it doesn’t affect this because it worked the 2nd time without changing anything. Thanks.
