Big Box Freezing/Cannot Get Into Manage Themes

Windows 10

First Issue is Big Box freezing when I click on a game (but not start it) and I get into the menu where the first option is to start the game (not sure what to call this menu) and then backing out iof it, that’s when Big Box freezes. I can hear the game’s video music but it won’t loop once it’s done playing. I have to then alt+tab to crash Big Box.

This started happening when I switched to the City Hunter 2 theme, now I would like to try other themes but this bring us to the second issue which I suspect just the LaunchBox server being down. Clicking on manage themes within Big Box gives me the “Big Box was unable to contact the LaunchBox servers due to not having an active internet connection” which is silly as I’m connected to the internet right now to report this issue.

Edit: Turns the freezing problem was specific to the City Hunter 2 theme. I was able to get into manage themes and try other themes and all worked without any freezing.
