Custom filter "and" setting

When using custom filters, if I filter for RPG in genre, and Cooperative in Play Mode, it shows all games that are RPG as well as all games that are Cooperative. This doesn't narrow it down any better than using arrange by to group, and then filtering by genre.

There needs to be a setting in custom filters so that if I select both, it ONLY shows results where the game is BOTH RPG and Cooperative.

Right now it searches by "or", there also needs to be an "and".
