Launch Box timeout error while attempting to download metadata

Launch Box Version 12.11

Windows 11 Pro

The issue occurs every time I boot it up and try to import roms

Go to Tools and import roms then check all the boxes for metadata

The error message: Failed to download file from http://images.launchbox-app.com/6f0ffbc3-c0da-41fa-ba92-a94831d59454.jpg: The operation has timed out.
