LaunchBox Error Message

Was referred here from your support staff, and am having an issue with an error message popping up, and then Big Box shutting down. Basically after my cab sits for awhile without being played, the attached error message pops up so Big Box shuts down. So I cannot leave the cab in any sort of attract mode, and can only leave it inside a game if I’m not playing for awhile.

Hoping for any assistance someone may have in solving this issue.
