remove all roms from platform should not delete the platform or its data / metadata / configuration

sometimes I delete all roms from its platform and reimport them. bad side of it all meta data, playlists etc are also delete / missed and I have to setup all the things like metadata for the platform, the paths for things and playlists / playlist configuration as well.

this data should not delete. especially if you are using auto populate playlists. but even with the standard playlists they should keep incl. playlists artworks and so on.
